Job Description:
We are seeking an Account Manager who will excel in identifying and meeting the needs of both new and existing customers. The role requires developing strong communication channels with clients as well as internal team members. The ideal candidate will be proactive, relationship-oriented, and possess a keen ability to understand and fulfill customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across departments to ensure effective communication with all stakeholders involved in customer success.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with customers to gain deeper insights into their needs and facilitate their success.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to uncover new growth opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.
- Maintain comprehensive reporting on the health and status of customer accounts, providing valuable insights to internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in account management, preferably in a customer-facing role within the retail or ecommerce industry.
- Must have IT Staffing Sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a demonstrated ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Comfortable engaging with clients directly and building rapport to drive positive outcomes.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel.
- Must be based in the Bay Area.
