They have called upon our company to provide out staffing expertise to find them a great match for the opportunity. Qualifications:

• Ability to provide excellent customer service to new and existing residents
• Multi-family leasing experience is a must
• Ability to speak both Spanish and English fluently
• Fair Housing expertise - "What you do for one, you must do for all!"
• Outgoing and friendly personality; must be a "people person"
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience touring, using software to contact leads, schedule tours, complete guest cards and keep up on specials
