Closets by Design – Milwaukee offers superior custom storage solutions for homeowners. Our services include custom design, manufacturing, and installation tailored to our client’s space and needs. Our storage solutions are expansive, ranging from walk-in and reach-in closet, pantry, garage, office, entertainment centers, and more.

Closets by Design has been in business for nearly 40 years with locations across the US and Canada. Closets by Design - Milwaukee is the first franchise located in the state of WI. Our office and showroom is located in Mequon, WI. Our company services customers throughout the state of WI.

What We’re Looking For:

Our Designers are key members of our team and represent the face of our company. They are responsible for working with homeowners to assist in creating their customized storage solution. We are looking for motivated, organized, and creative individuals who have a passion for home organization and providing superior customer service.

Appointments are scheduled with the homeowner for the Designer. We are looking for sales professionals who can travel to our customers, work with them to understand their vision, measure their space, create the design, price it out, present, and sell!

No experience is necessary! Our Designers receive paid training on designing, materials, and pricing, as well as continuous support from our Sales Manager. Prior experience in sales and/or customer service preferred, but not necessary. We're looking for energetic and creative individuals with a passion for organization and helping people!

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fun and outgoing personalities.
• Passion for design and home organization.
• A creative side.
• Ability to thrive in a full commission/bonus sales environment.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of sales/customer service experience in a professional setting preferred but not required.
• Reliable, personal transportation, valid driver’s license, and valid insurance.
• Minimum schedule availability of 20 hours per week.
• Reliable, personal computer and smart phone.

Pay:

Designers are full commission with bonus opportunities. Average annual salary is $50-$60k, with the potential to earn more. All training is paid at a rate of $15/hr. This is a W2 position with a bi-weekly payroll paid via direct deposit.
