Role Overview:
As a Client Service Associate, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the Centralized Investment Operations team and Wealth Advisors. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that UHNW clients, with assets exceeding $200MM, receive impeccable service, and their financial transactions are processed accurately and promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UHNW client servicing.
- Experience with Salesforce a plus.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented professional with a commitment to continuous learning and growth.

Responsibilities:
As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including:
- Partnering with Wealth Advisors to provide service to the firm's UHNW clients.
- Collaborating with the firm's centralized Operations teams for seamless operations.
- Managing requests, including portfolio rebalancing, document preparation, and money movements.
- Handling account-related paperwork, contracts, and subscription agreements.
- Overseeing the opening and closing of accounts, including SMA’s and brokerage.
- Conducting KYC profile and searches with meticulous attention to detail.
- Managing cash and security movements, including deposits, withdrawals, gifting, wires, and journals.
- Assisting in the creation of presentations and proposals using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Analyzing and reviewing billing for accuracy.
- Continuously monitoring and updating the Client database and portfolio/account management applications, including Salesforce, Addepar, and Black Diamond.
