This position is responsible for Inventory Control of the Stockton terminal parts.
· Input vehicle maintenance information and PO’s into Vehicle Tracker.
· Assist in setting up, inputting and reconciliation of physical inventories. Execute cycle counts and physical inventories and reconciliations as required.
· Maintain accurate and current physical inventory database through Vehicle Tracker.
· Process Repair Orders into Vehicle Tracker.
· Assist in setting up and managing a cycle count inventory system at all storerooms.
· Assist in the design of monthly management reports utilizing Vehicle Tracker, Excel and Access.
· Ensure all materials areas inside and at terminal locations are orderly and kept in the highest housekeeping standards. Perform space management activities to ensure safe and orderly storage of materials in conjunction with good material handling and inventory control methodologies.
Experience:
· Minimum of two (2) years experience in inventory control and inventory audit processes.
· Strong familiarity and/or experience with automotive parts.
