Essential Duties:

• CRM and Enterprise Applications Mastery: Administer, create, and support solutions for the university's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Applications.
• Innovative Configuration and Development: Configure, develop, extend, and maintain 3rd party and locally written solutions to enhance CRM functionalities.
• Systems Integration Expertise: Configure and support CRM system settings, modules, and integrations with web, ERP, and other information sources.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Develop and support interfaces and integration points between CRM, ERP, and other systems, fostering seamless data flow.
• Consultative Approach: Advise and consult with customers on functional requirements for CRM systems, translating needs into technical specifications.
• Quality Control and Deployment: Perform quality control activities including monitoring, testing, debugging, documenting configurations, changes, and deployments.
• Project Coordination and Leadership: Plan, organize, and document work efforts, prioritize multiple projects, and coordinate technical efforts of stakeholders.

Marginal Functions:

• Cutting-Edge IT Guidance: Advise higher management on current IT trends affecting sponsored research systems direction and scope.
• Policy Compliance: Interpret and apply University policy to CRM, ERP, and related system configurations.
• Confidentiality and Compliance: Ensure automated information systems comply with federal, state, sponsored research, and University confidentiality guidelines.
• Engagement and Training: Lead workshops and training programs to enhance system knowledge and capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Master's degree in a related field from an accredited institution OR Bachelor's degree with two years of directly related experience
