We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Residential Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential sales, a passion for landscaping, and excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site consultations with potential clients to understand their landscaping and irrigation needs.
- Develop and present comprehensive proposals, including detailed project plans and cost estimates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential sales, preferably in the landscaping or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping and irrigation principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
