Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your primary duties will include assisting customers with their purchases, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with locating products and making purchasing decisions
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and perform cash register reconciliations
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Upsell additional products or services to customers
- Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

Qualifications:
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in technology sales or technical knowledge is a plus
- Ability to upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Proficient in basic math calculations for accurate transaction processing
- Familiarity with stock management procedures is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy store environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Previous experience in jewelry sales is advantageous
