We are a 24-hour/365 days a year global business - we never close.
This is a full time job - 5 days a week which may or may not include weekends - 40 hours a week.
It is not a remote job.
Builds and monitors relationships with new and existing clients and affiliates on an ongoing basis and ensures that both are in good standing. Follows up with clients who are not booking or have reduced their bookings to bring them back on board. Handles incidents/ problems with clients and affiliates to address and smooth over any issues. Find new affiliates in all markets that can provide best price and service. Ensure that new and existing affiliates are aware of the importance of keeping to our standards of service. Handles all quote requests by contacting affiliates for best price and service, and sending to clients. Negotiates with clients.
