BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a RN Supervisor for our Essex & Morris County, NJ Assistive Care offices. These offices provide best in class care to clients of all ages throughout the larger Essex & Morris County.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse Supervisor :

• Lead, inspire and motivate Bayada staff to provide exceptional care.
• Visit our Assistive Care clients to conduct assessments in Essex & Morris County, NJ
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise home health aides (CHHA) and other non-clinical staff in the homes.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.

If you're a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following skills, then a RN Supervisor position could be your dream job!

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Homecare experience a plus.
