• Personal Care: Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Mobility Assistance: Help clients with walking, transferring, positioning, and using mobility aids.
• Medication Management: Remind and assist clients with medication administration as prescribed.
• Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and assist clients with eating, if necessary.
• Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, changing bed linens, and tidying up living areas.
• Companionship: Provide emotional support, engage in meaningful conversations, and participate in activities to enhance the client's quality of life.
• Monitoring: Observe and report any changes in the client's health, behavior, or condition to the supervisor.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of care provided and the client's condition.
• Safety: Ensure a safe environment for the client by following proper procedures and protocols.

• Certification: CPR
• Experience: Prior experience in home health care or a related field is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Attributes: Compassionate, patient, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays from 3 PM to 10 PM.
