$17.01 pay rate with $1.99 weekend shift differential.

Are you looking to supplement your income with part time work? Or would you like to work full time in 2 days and have 5 days off? Our weekend DSP positions may be just what you are looking for! DSP's work with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities by teaching self-care skills, cooking meals, cleaning their home, doing laundry- basically teaching others to do for themselves the things you and I do most every day. The folks we serve also like to have fun. They like to do a variety of activities like going to the movies, out to eat, shopping, fishing, taking walks, going to festivals, or to church. As a weekend DSP, you'll get paid to participate in these types of activities and maybe introduce some of the activities you enjoy doing on the weekend.

As a DSP you provide companionship and conversation. Assist individuals with budgeting and completing goals. Pass medications as prescribed. Most importantly, you support, teach and assist individuals with the goal of living a life of dignity, growth and opportunity.

We have weekend job opportunities in Warsaw, Plymouth, Silver Lake, Bremen, Rochester, Knox and Logansport

Candidates that are qualified for this position are motivated by making a difference in the lives of others, a supportive personality and a strong work ethic. No previous experience is required, as we will train the right people.

Candidates must be 18 years of age and have the ability to work in a Human Service setting with favorable background screens.
