Sr. Technical Project Manager at Guidehouse in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Family : IT Project Management (Digital) Travel Required : None Clearance Required : Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do : Guidehouse is seeking a Project Manager who has experience successfully leading one or more software development projects for the Federal Government using agile practices. This individual will be responsible for leading multiple software development teams and projects, responsible for all aspects of the application including development and production support. Responsibilities include: Oversees all aspects of assigned projects and the software application development life cycle. Develop and manage all aspects of project and project engagement from planning, communications, resources, change, risks, and issues. Collaborates with and motivates team members to meet project goals, delegating tasks and adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones. Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence. Identify and develop trusted adviser relationships with project and program stakeholders. Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives. Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members and stakeholders. Manage project scope and changes. Prepares project schedules, establishes deadlines, assigns tasks and responsibilities, allocates resources, and monitors and summarizes the progress of projects in an iterative methodology environment. Prepares project management plans and documentation as appropriate. Prepare estimates and detailed project/sprint plans. Monitor staff performance, complete performance reviews, and support team development. Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project and program teams. Serve as a team scrum master. Ensures all project activities are coordinated with TSA stakeholders through completion. Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, other teams and organizations, contractors, vendors, and others. Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices.
