Job Description: Facilities Operations Supervisor
Position Overview: The Facility Operations teams are at the forefront of our clubs. In this department, you directly impact the experience of our members, guests and other Team Members. You'll often find that members will know your name, and you'll be a friendly face on the floor. The connections you'll be able to make with other departments, leaders and members foster a fun, welcoming community. Whether you are helping maintain the fitness floor or our luxurious locker rooms, your work here is valued, rewarding and meaningful.
Key Responsibilities:

• Front Lobby:
• Sweep, mop, and maintain the cleanliness of the lobby area.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including reception desks, furniture, and decor.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed.
• Keep entrance doors and windows clean and smudge-free.
• Bathrooms:
• Clean and sanitize all restroom facilities thoroughly, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
• Refill soap dispensers, hand towels, and toilet paper as necessary.
• Ensure that all bathroom amenities are well-stocked and neatly arranged.
• Gym Floor:
• Regularly clean and disinfect gym equipment, weights, and workout areas.
• Vacuum and mop the gym floor to maintain a tidy and safe environment.
• Address spills and other hazards promptly to ensure member safety.
• Offices:
• Dust and wipe down surfaces in offices, including desks, chairs, and shelves.
• Empty trash cans and recycling bins in office spaces.
• Maintain a clean and organized appearance in administrative areas.
• Cafe/Smoothie Bar:
• Clean and sanitize countertops, tables, and chairs in the cafe area.
• Wipe down and polish equipment in the smoothie bar to maintain hygiene standards.
• Empty and clean beverage dispensers and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Group Studios:
• Clean and disinfect group exercise studios, including mirrors, flooring, and equipment.
• Arrange mats and props neatly and in an organized manner.
• Ensure that the studios are ready for classes with ample time.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Effective time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours.
• Physical ability to lift and move equipment, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks.
• Excellent communication skills to report any maintenance or repair needs.
• Flexibility to work during early morning, evening, and weekend shifts as required.
