For this role we are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual who approaches problems with a high sense of urgency. A successful applicant will be an integral part of a developing team, with the ability to influence the direction of processes and make a true difference. This is a night shift schedule.
Responsibilities include:
· Monitoring connectivity of Information and Wagering systems
· Validating high frequency data feeds for latency, completeness and accuracy of data
· Opening, tracking and updating incidents in our Incident Management System
· Engaging internal and external support channels and driving timely resolution of detected or reported issues, facilitating escalations as needed
· Providing accurate and professional communication to clients and service providers
· Maintaining an operations calendar and executing business operations tasks accurately
· Maintaining business and technical documentation as processes evolve
· Undertake ad hoc research and development projects
· Recommending procedural modifications or improvements
Skills and Experience
You should have:
· Office 365 proficiency: Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Word
· A fundamental understanding of Network Communications and PC support
· Highly proficient communication skills, both verbal and written. A true attention to detail is really important for us
· Ability to log, engage on, and track incidents and service requests from inception through resolution
· Ability to understand, follow and refine business process flows
· Ability to function in a fast-paced, time critical environment
· Ability to work alone for extended periods of time
As a member of our technology team, it is important that you are:
· A self-starter who is detail oriented
· Able to provide technical support as needed for a 24/7 operational environment, shift work will be required
· Comfortable collaborating with developers and other contributors using Azure DevOps and Microsoft Teams
· Familiar with cloud environments
