Role Overview: As a Scheduler, you will be the first point of contact for clients, coordinating inspection appointments over the phone. Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will ensure that our clients receive prompt and efficient service while maintaining our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule home inspections efficiently, considering inspector availability and client preferences.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email to answer inquiries about scheduling, inspection reports, and other related matters.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring a smooth inspection process.
• Collaborate with inspectors to coordinate schedules and manage appointments effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and client communications using our scheduling software.
• Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Previous experience in customer service or scheduling roles preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of the home inspection process is a plus.
