Capgemini is Hiring a Capgemini Invent - Demand and Supply Managing Consultant Near Atlanta, GA

The Demand & Supply Planning Architect / Project Manager leads supply chain transformation projects. The Architect / PM is responsible for both the project management (timeline, project plan management, staffing, budget, stakeholder management) and architecture (overall solution design including end-to-end design, integrations, and data considerations) for Demand & Supply Planning initiatives. The Architect / PM manages all workstreams of the project including functional and technical tracks, architects the end state design, and is responsible for the delivery of the engagement.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years’ experience with deep understanding of demand and supply planning capabilities including demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, inventory management, S&OP. Production planning a plus.
  • At least 10 years’ experience in full lifecycle implementations with leading demand and supply planning applications (e.g., Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, O9, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • At least 7 years’ experience in supply chain project management, ideally for demand and supply implementations
  • Demonstrated ability to architect an end-to-end demand and supply planning solution
  • Deep understanding of demand and supply planning tools both from a configuration and process standpoint
  • Experience with multiple demand and supply planning implementations required
  • Deep knowledge of systems integration points for demand and supply planning systems required
  • Experience with multiple demand planning, supply planning, and sales & operations tools a plus
  • Business background in a demand planning or supply planning role a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or related field

Soft Skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to architect an end state integrated solution to meet business and functional requirements
  • Ability to manage both business and IT client stakeholders, including managing to Director level and above
  • Ability to lead a team, including multiple workstreams and both functional and technical tracks
  • Ability to articulate and present different points of view to different audiences
  • Ability to communicate with both business and IT
  • Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities
Time management skills are a must, along with the ability to be flexible and creative

  • Certification: Has / seeking IAF level 1.
  • Should have experience in Functional Architecture Design.
  • Should be proficient in Business Knowledge, Integration & Orchestration, Technical Solution Design, Risk & Quality Management.
  • Should have progressing knowledge in Business Analysis & Software Engineering.
