Job Description

Experience: 6-8 years of SuccessFactors ONB (Onboarding) and Recruiting (RCM) experience working closely with clients to implement and optimize the SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules within their organization. 
 
Responsible for understanding the client's requirements, configuring the ONB and RCM module, and ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding experience for new hires. Solution Design: Design and configure the SuccessFactors ONB and RCM module to align with the client's onboarding and recruiting processes as per SAP Activate methodology. Customize the module to meet specific organizational needs, such as forms, workflows, task assignments, hiring pipeline, requisition management and integration with other systems. In-depth knowledge of Hiring Process, Onboarding, Offboarding & Cross boarding. Worked on Integration with Recruiting & Onboarding and Employee Central.
