Additionally, it performs a function of providing corporate services to the different companies of the group, while consolidating its information.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Group Talent and Engagement Director, will advise the Company and its Business Units in the definition, adaptation, and implementation of Ferrovial's Global Talent policies in North America, ensuring a close bidirectional link between the corporate functions and our businesses in this region.

Main Accountabilities:

Talent Acquisition and mobility:

* Work with Business Units to drive Ferrovial employer brand in the US and Canada. Support local businesses in the implementation of the employer branding policies and materials.

* Develop and execute targeted employer branding initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.

* Oversee employee fairs with the different BUs and attend representing Ferrovial.

* Establish and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to strengthen the pipeline of early talent for the organization.

* Partner with the businesses in the region to ensure the implementation of global talent acquisition processes and technology.

* Oversee and carry out recruitment and selection processes for corporate roles.

* Partner with local talent teams to create and deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring a consistent approach across in North America.

* Ensure compliance with local legislation and regulations, as well as adherence to the company's policies and procedures.

Performance and Talent Management:

* Team up with the businesses in the region in order to ensure the adoption and management of Global performance management processes.

* Contribute to the management of key people in North America, working closely with HR teams of our businesses.

Learning and development:

* Coordinate and implement global learning initiatives in the region, working with the global L&D Team.

* Contribute to the identification of learning needs in the region through the local and BU HR Teams

* Identify learning partners in the region and formalize collaboration agreements.

Culture, Engagement and D&I

* Promote Ferrovial's culture and values in our North America businesses.

* Partner with local talent teams to develop and implement employee retention strategies to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.

* Contribute to the employee engagement through the implementation of global engagement plans and actions.

* Provide advice in DE&I subjects to the local HR Teams, ensuring compliance with North America legislation and regulations.

* Ensure implementation of global DE&I targets and initiatives in the region.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.

* 10 years of experience in talent management and acquisition.

* Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.

* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent management strategies.

* Experience with talent management software and tools (Workday preferably).

* Spanish medium level will be valuable.
