Responsibilities include implementation and supervision of administrative policies and procedures and the provision of all services for multiple locations. Qualifications Qualifications:
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Texas - required
2 years experience as a RN with home health management experience - required
Multi branch leadership experience - preferred
Previous experience as a home health field nurse - preferred
Must have a valid Driver's License
Experience with Home Health policy, rules, and regulations
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with leadership team, all staff members and community relations
Effective written and verbal communication
Essential Functions:
Provides Administrator level leadership for agencies within assigned region as needed for state and federal licenses.
Assists in development and maintenance of sound administrative policies and management activities, and reports to the Vice President of Home and Community Based Services.
Assists in employment, recruitment, management, and direction of qualified personnel to carry out the policies and procedures of the agencies within assigned region.
Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of and ensures compliance with all local state and federal laws relating to all of the operations of the agencies.
Provides on-site support and on-going training to agencies within assigned region to support standardization of processes.
Assists with strategic planning for growth
Organizes and directs assigned region's ongoing functions.
Ensures that a Clinical Manager is available during all operating hours for agencies in assigned region.
Ensures all agencies in assigned region, including any branches, are in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulatory agencies related to the health and safety of patients/clients.
Ensures that all agencies within assigned region employs or contracts with qualified personnel.
Ensures adequate staff education and evaluations within assigned region.
Ensures the accuracy of public information materials and activities within assigned region.
Supervises agency leadership to ensure implementation of policy and procedures.
Supervises and evaluates patient/client satisfaction survey reports on all patients/clients in assigned region.
Carries out other duties in support of the Administrators.
