The IT Intern has the opportunity to shadow members of the IT team to learn about installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and deploying desktop computers, and various software applications. The intern will enjoy hands-on experience by observing and assisting the IT team in providing desktop support for business staff and residents of an active retirement community.

What we are looking fo r :

• Enthusiastic student who can benefit most from this valuable learning experience.
• Two to three years of related coursework and familiarity and enthusiasm for technology and networking.
• General knowledge of and an interest in working in an active senior living community.
• Ability to uphold our core values and follow policies and procedures.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
• Must take initiative, exceed resident expectations, have reliable transportation, and be on time.
• Most importantly have a positive attitude and can smile at all times (even under a mask).
• HS Diploma/GED preferred.
