Ground Control is a family owned and operated business. We are the leaders in southern Oregon for material placement and landscape supply. Throughout the years we have grown into southern Oregon's Go-to company for bark, soil and rock because we offer these materials blown-in, conveyed in, dump delivered and retail pick-up. This position will consist of helping our customers from start to finish. From answering the phone, providing a formal quote, scheduling the service, to following up with the customer to confirm satisfaction and quality of service. Along with working with the install teams to line them out on the quoted job to achieve customer satisfaction.

We are seeking an Office Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in landscape sales, customer service, or other related fields
• quick books, Microsoft work, excel
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Shift Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, Saturday 8:00am-1:00pm
• Saturday shift is spring, summer and fall.

Compensation:

• Hourly pay rate: $20.00 - $23.00 hour
• Paid vacation
