POSITION: BRANCH MANAGER – DORCHESTER

You will be responsible for Small Business Development, branchgrowth, operational soundness, team development and community involvement. You will also be responsible for digital adoption and ensuring that the teamembraces the use of technology to meet the ever-changing needs of our customerstoday and into the future. You will create a team that is collaborativeand that understands the importance of working with internal business partnersto provide a seamless experience for our customers.

  • Strong leader thatunderstands the customer is at the center of everything we do. Lead the team toconsistently deliver an exceptional customer experience.

  • Meet or exceed Retail Incentive Plan Growth targets. Ability to motivate andguide team members towards common goals consistently.

  • Lead by example andcontinuously ensure the team can confidently recommend all our digitalsolutions so our customers have the resources needed to bank at theirconvenience.

  • Use, embrace, and leverage insights from data tounderstand trends, opportunities, and risks. Maximize the use of evolvingtechnology in support of decision making and adding value to CSB and in supportof solving customer needs.

  • Strong business development skills. Ability to create a small business plan toensure understanding of market area and opportunities available, focusing ongenerating deposits and acquiring new Small Business customers.

  • Create an operationallystrong environment in the branch, ensuring adherence to policies and proceduresand risk/audit expectations.

  • Understands and adheres to all Bank Secrecy Actand Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML), regulatory, security, retail banking andbank-wide policies and procedures. Staying updated with Banking regulations.

  • Foster a respectful workenvironment and further a culture of inclusion by building connections usingthe tools of listening, compassion and understanding.

  • Utilize available resourcesto assist team members develop their skills and provide them with growthopportunities. Ability to identify areas where team members can grow / learnand help them overcome challenges.

  • Actively engage with the community and encouragevolunteerism focusing on the needs of the community. 

  • Perform additional dutiesas required.

Qualifications: 

  • Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3 years BranchManagement experience; Branch Retail Management preferred.
  • 7 years provenexperience in sales, service, and operations.
  • Strong businessdevelopment, sales, and service skills. Ability to pick up thoroughunderstanding of the products and services bank offers.
  • Ability to workindependently and take accountability for actions, making quick, high-qualitydecisions.
  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups bothinternally and externally.
  • Must possess strongproblem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutionsswiftly.
  • Strong attention todetail
  • Ability to workweekends.
  • Open to travel acrossMassachusetts and work at other branches, as needed.
