About Lenny Learning:

We enable K-12 schools and organizations to deliver customized education & interventions that improve well-being with AI. We help schools unveil health challenges with student surveys, and we equip teachers to address those challenges with clinically-informed AI lesson plans. We're seeking entrepreneurial, fast-paced, creative, and independent individuals eager to own and build significant parts of our organization.

In this role, you will…

  • Build our partnerships: Develop and execute our partnership engagement strategy, focusing on expansion into K-12 school districts. This includes identifying new partnership opportunities and effectively presenting our health literacy platform to various stakeholders.

  • Lead program implementation & relationships: Oversee the coordination of program implementations across regions. Act as the primary point of contact for program partners, managing a diverse portfolio, and representing our organization at regional and national conferences.

  • Launch and lead marketing and outreach campaigns: Strategize and execute creative campaigns to enhance our visibility and build stronger partnerships. This involves leveraging social media platforms, content marketing, and other digital channels to engage with potential partners, highlight our impact, tell our story, and attract collaborative opportunities.

  • Optimize our CRM, systems, and processes: Manage and update CRM (Folk.app) and other systems (e.g., Notion, Motion, etc.) to support efficient program scheduling, communication, and implementation.

  • Lead RFP and RFI initiatives: Spearhead the development and response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), crucial for expanding our educational partnerships and securing new growth opportunities.

  • Engage in contract and invoicing operations: Manage contractual agreements and invoicing with partners to ensure smooth collaboration and financial operations.

  • Support customer onboarding & provide ongoing assistance: Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new partners and offer continuous support to enhance their experience and success.

  • Participate in conferences and networking events: Actively engage in conferences to network, build relationships, and promote our programs and services.

  • Drive impact and community transformation: Coordinate our grant program, identify funding opportunities for schools in need, report on how our programs are making a real difference in communities, and analyze how our programs can continuously improve.

  • Monitor and adapt for performance excellence: Keep track of our goals and key performance indicators, and be prepared to adapt strategies as needed. Be versatile and ready to take on a variety of tasks in our dynamic startup environment.

You must have…

  • 2 years of startup experience or equivalent

  • Extensive experience working with AI tools

  • Highly organized and relationship-oriented individual

  • Comfort with presenting to high-level stakeholders

  • Experience with Notion, Substack, and other apps

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to create and design social media campaigns

  • Can operate very well under uncertainty and in a small, early-stage team

  • Low ego and ability to work in a team environment

Salary range:

$70,000 - $80,000 per year

This is an in-person role in Brooklyn, NY.
