- Teaching Students with provided/created lesson plans
- Following CCA Staff regulations, guidelines, and procedures
- Providing a safe environment for kids
- Assisting teachers with required tasks, duties, and class coverage
- A strong personal commitment to Jesus Christ
- A strong commitment to the philosophies and mission of Calvary Chapel
- Bachelor's Degree or past three-year experience working with children
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and communicate with children
- Ability to multi-task and become easily oriented
- The ability to be “with it” and monitor groups of children with a positive disciplinary approach
- Ability to be flexible and open
- A servant’s heart for Christ and His children
- All teachers are responsible for erasing their whiteboards at the end of each teaching day (good stewardship element)
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs
