Job Summary
Promote and support the SRCS Strategic Plan and Local Control Accountability Plan to create equitable opportunities for learning and success that ensure all students are college and career ready. Play an integral role in providing support to schools and families with behavioral wellbeing and subsequently academic success. Support District-wide Restorative Practice initiative by coordinating and implementing restorative practices to change racially disproportionate discipline and foster safe and supportive school environments. Additional other duties as assigned related to emergency, crisis and/or pandemic.
Requirements / Qualifications
Required:
* 2 Letters of Recommendation
* Any combination of education, training and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from
an accredited college or university and 2 years of direct experience implementing restorative
practices in schools or community settings.
* Experience working in a school district environment.

Desired:
* Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
* Experience providing training and support to educators preferred.
* Proven commitment to school success, student achievement, and positive child, youth, and family
development.
Must complete Mandated Reporter Training- School Personnel module before first day of employment (After 07/01st).
