Credential/Permit
•Child Development Teacher Permit or higher
•Bachelor's or advanced degree in early childhood education or,
•Bachelor's or advanced degree with an Associates of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education or coursework equivalent to a major relating to early childhood education, with experience teaching preschool-age children

Specialized knowledge:
•Knowledge of infant/toddler growth and development for EHS
•Ability to work with an ethnically diverse population. Bilingual in Spanish/English is desired but not required
•Two years direct experience with young children as a preschool teacher is desired but not required

Must have use of an automobile with adequate insurance and a valid California Drivers License with an acceptable driving record substantiated by a copy of DMV records
Must hold First Aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certificate upon hire or within 10 days of employment
