Calabrio is Hiring a Director of Technical Partner Management Near Minneapolis, MN

We're looking for a skilled Director of Product Management to lead our efforts in creating and managing products that enhance our partnerships with external organizations. You'll work closely with teams across the company to develop and bring these partnership-focused products to the market successfully.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing relationships with multiple partners globally, setting a clear vision and strategy for these partnerships, and managing the roadmap to deliver our products to customers. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure that our partners, company, and customers all benefit from these initiatives.
Your expertise will help us establish strong partnerships, create innovative product integrations, and bring new ideas to our ecosystem. This will result in market growth, differentiation, and valuable solutions for our customers.
What you'll be doing:
  • Set the vision, growth strategy, alignment and develop roadmap for several CcaaS partners to deliver tangible results and drive revenue growth.
  • Strengthen partner relationship and build innovative differentiated solutions in the partner ecosystem.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationship with external partners. Understand partner requirements, pain points, and objectives. Collaborate with partners to identify mutually beneficial opportunities.
  • Develop a strategic product roadmap that aligns with partnership goals. Prioritize features and initiatives based on market demand, partner feedback, and business priorities.
  • Be analytical in understanding and reporting the partner market competitiveness, financials, SaaS (Software as a Service) metrics and driving actions based on analysis.
  • Work closely with business development, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams. Coordinate efforts to bring partnership-driven products to market effectively.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Monitor industry developments to anticipate changes in the partner landscape.
  • Communicate product strategies, updates, and results to company executives and stakeholders. Present product plans and performance to relevant audiences.
  • Exhibit classic product management skills around identifying market requirements, competitive analysis, driving differentiation, understanding use cases, defining value proposition, pricing, product life cycle management, exercising good judgement under pressure, setting prioritizations, etc., is key to success in this role.
We're looking for:
  • Significant experience in product management roles is essential.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; data and fact-based decision.
  • Hands-on experience in strategic planning and business case development.
  • Passion for data and work experience in the data science/tech domain.
  • Scrum / Agile Product Management.
  • Market and competitive research and analysis.
  • Experience in creating and presenting presentations to Customer's, Partner's, and Calabrio Executives / Stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of SaaS product management experience and / or partner management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering and an MBA.
  • CCaaS industry - Contact Center, Workforce Enterprise Management, Integrations, API's & Gateways preferred.
