What You’ll Get to Do:
You will be part of a highly skilled team that manages the day-to-day operation of the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) Standard Procurement System (SPS) and its interfaces with other DoD business trading partners.
More About the Role:
Specifically, you will provide Tier II Help Desk support to the SPS USMC Service Desk that averages 300 tickets/month and supports approximately 500 users, where you will:

• Demonstrate sound customer service and professional etiquette in responding to customer emails, calls or inquiries for service and support
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem solving, and a desire to provide outstanding customer support
• Analyze and resolve complex service requests and incidents that have been escalated by the junior level analysts

Additionally you will:

• Attend customer meetings to provide SPS subject matter expertise
• Conduct virtual “over-the-shoulder” training.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Six (6) years of direct system administration of the SPS suite of products: Procurement Desktop - Defense (PD2 and SQL Advantage
• Remote Support including Remote tools, VPN’s and Networking.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Experience using BMC Remedy ticketing management system
• DoD Contracting/Acquisition experience
• Sybase SQL script writing experience
• Procurement Data Standards (PDS) knowledge
• ITIL Certification
• DAWIA Certification.
