• Responding to queries, problem solvingand following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Fostering strong relationships with clients and carriers to maintain client retention.
• Developing insurance quotes, reviewing renewals, and issuing insurance documentation as required.
• Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding.
• Interacting with clients, carriersand co-workers in a professional manner in all communications.

• Property & Casualty License is a bonus. We cover all licensing expenses if not licensed.
• Insurance Customer Service experience is a bonus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
