About

The Service Supply Chain Team is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead and drive data center program management in the execution level. This includes support and coordinate of deployment of data center, look into End to End asset lifecycle management. A hyper-scaled data center comprises a massive hardware demography - product category, original manufacturer, years of warranty, cost, and efficiency. The individual we're looking for would be a fast learner who is able to grasp critical information, apply best practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and hands-on for execution.

Responsibilities

-Manage asset operations including inbound receiving, transfers, stock, RMA, decommission at Data Centers and warehouses.

-Collaborate with cross functional teams such as Infrastructure Engineering, Network, Security, and Platform to track asset state changes, maintain asset accuracy, report incidents, and analyze discrepancies among physical, system, and financial records

-First point of escalation of all supply chain operational-related matters within assigned regions

-Support auditing process and ensure it adheres to financial and compliance standards

-Support last mile delivery process to Data Centers / LSP / Warehouses

-International travel requirement: with expectations of travel comprising approximately 10% to 20% of the time.

-Destinations include, but are not limited to, China, Europe, and South Asia. Candidates must possess a valid passport and have the ability to secure the necessary visas for these regions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in a technical field or business field

-3-5 years of Supply Chain and Logistics Management experience, 1-2 years Data Center and Infrastructure knowledge

-Experienced in manufacturing / production environment.

-Experience executing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

-Experience collaborating with individuals across internal and external organizations, other geographies

-Must be ""hands-on"" and willing to roll up sleeve to support operational activities

Self-driven. Adaptive to multi-culture environment

Preferred Qualifications

-Experience with data center hardware, including servers and network equipment

-Experienced in managing asset management contractors for daily operational activities

-Analytical skills to query data sources and glean insights from complex data

-Knowledge of and experience with regional customs regulations on exports, import experience. Global Trade regulations experience is a plus
