Schedule: Monday – Friday based on your needs

Salary: $76.00 - $80.00 based on experience and education

Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder

- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development

- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members

- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans

- Monitor progress and make data-driven decisions to modify intervention strategies as needed

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder

- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and team members

- Ability to collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions

- Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple cases
