About The PositionThe Lawn & Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader is responsible for efficiently, effectively, and safely leading a crew, performing mowing, bed maintenance, shrub trimming, and other similar services. This position also plays an important role in the companys snow & ice management services in the winter.

About The PositionThe Lawn & Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader is responsible for efficiently, effectively, and safely leading a crew, performing mowing, bed maintenance, shrub trimming, and other similar services. This position also plays an important role in the companys snow & ice management services in the winter.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with crew, Mechanic, leadership, and the office
- Keep a clean, neat, organized, and well maintained vehicle and equipment
- Lead, supervise, and oversee crew members
- Participate in company training
- Train and develop crew members
- Complete accurate and timely reporting
- 24-7 availability during snow and ice management operations
- Have a desire to learn and grow professionally and personally
- Maintain a professional image and positive attitude when representing the company
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned to support the company
- Exemplify the companys core values: pride, discipline, efficient, flexible, and resourcefulness
- Sufficient education and/or experience to perform the necessary functions of the position
- Able to safely and efficiently operate commercial mowing equipment, including ZTR mowers, stand-on mowers, walk behinds, and handheld equipment
- Able to safely and efficiently operate snow & ice management vehicles and equipment
- Able to safely operate vehicle & trailer
- Valid Drivers license
- Able to successfully lead, supervise, and oversee lawn & landscaping maintenance crew
- Able to train and develop crew members
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) or partial relevant fluency preferred but not required
- Able to safely handle the physical and mental demands of the job, with sufficient strength and endurance to perform assigned work
