WHAT DO YOU DO?
As a Pediatric Treatment Coordinator, your days revolve around providing great customer service and patient care services. You speak with patients over the phone and in person, answering their questions and explaining the importance of following their treatment plans. Throughout the day, you check patients in and out of their appointments and encourage them to schedule future services. Your efforts help every patient have a positive experience at our office!
