Assistant Manager Job Description:

*Learn all positions in the restaurant- line, cashier, and runner and be able to fill each role properly and efficiently *Follow all Burrito Shak policies and procedures *Assist with training new staff *Delegating responsibilities to staff *Leading your team on shift to efficiently and effectively complete their duties *Provide excellent customer service *Maintain a positive and professional relationship with the staff and customers *Ensuring each shift is prepared for success
