Our client, a commercial real estate company, is looking to add a Broker Coordinator to their Operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the commercial real estate industry and have the ability to collaborate well in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary role with the ability to go permanent for the right individual.
Responsibilities:

• Preparation of presentations and client files within InDesign
• Database management
• Assist with basic market research and data compilation
• Assist with expense reports, invoices, lien waivers and commission collections
• Provide assistance with broker and client events
• Other administrative duties as assigned
• Create, design, and prepare marketing materials for broker pitch books

About You:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years of administrative experience
• 2 years of real estate experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop
• Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines while remaining organized and detail orientated
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
