Description

• Assist in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of project aspects with stakeholder's expectations.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and daily logs.
• Prepare and distribute regular progress reports to the project manager and stakeholders.
• Assist in tracking project budgets and expenditures.
• Help in preparing cost estimates and forecasts.
• Help develop and update project schedules.
• Provide on-site support to the project manager and site supervisors.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or related construction field required
• 1-2 years of Project Engineer experience or 2 years as an Assistant Project Manager
• Commercial and/or light industrial construction experience
