Job Description
ORC is seeking a full-time, exempt
Right of Way Project Manager
to work on projects based out of Arizona. The selected candidate will have the flexibility towork remotely from their home office but must live within a 100-mile radius of Phoenix, AZ. Candidate will be expected to travel about 25% of the time.

What you will be doing:
As a Right of Way Project Manager, you are responsible for day-to-day management and overall success of electric transmission and/or distribution Right of Way projects.The Project Manager will assist in establishing strong relationships with current clients and identifying potential opportunities. They are responsible for reviewing scope of work, developing and monitoring projectschedule, budgetand forecasting staffing needs, reviewing due diligence, compiling pricing and tracking progress throughout the life of projects. Must identify and implement department process improvements as necessary, provide technical assistance, resolve issues. Will oversee and provide support of a staff of at least 5whichincludes performance managementworkload management and other personnel related matters.

Here are the minimum requirements:
Must have a minimum of five (5) years of Right of Way experience
Must include a minimum of three (3) years managing Right of Way projects
Must include electric transmission acquisitions for greenfield and brownfield projects
Understanding of project financials
Prior experience with creating/maintaining project schedules
Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Dropbox, and Outlook
Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systems.
Valid Drivers License
Bonus points if you have knowledge of acquisition for state lands, bureau of land management, and BIA properties, IRWA certifications, PMP, and/or Notary.

Physical Requirements: English language proficient.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to clearly communicate and exchange information in person, via phone and email. Substantial repetitive movements of the wrists, hands and/or fingers due to high amounts of computer usage and typing. Expected to spend long spans of time in front of a computer screen. Able to read, understand and interpret department related documents and data. Able to make quick decisions, present to staff and clients, have difficult conversations and supervise staff. The employee is required to move about inside the office to access files, office equipment and to interact with other members of the staff. This role requires the employee to travel regularly to meet with clients or vendors which involves time driving; sometimes for long durations. While meeting with clients and vendors, will need to be outdoors traversing different types of landscapes. May be exposed to the elements (heat, rain, snow, cold).
