Graphic Design SupervisorThe Graphic Design supervisor is responsible for supporting the Director of MARCOMM and the MARCOMM Team in all aspects of visual output for the brand. This includes, but is not limited to: Creating initiatives collaboratively, concepting, design for print, digital and video, designing social media experiences, understanding of production for both digital and print deliverables, branded collateral, web banners, and presentation design. Collaborate with other designers and staff to create effective and eye-catching images and designs. Graphic Design Supervisor duties will include supervision of graphic design team and their related assignments. The Graphic Design Supervisor will combine artistic skill and technology to produce computer generated artwork in a variety of media. Technical Skills: Able to follow directions, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and respond to urgent requests in a positive manner. Strong attention to detail. Excellent time management. Ability to take initiative, foster new ideas, work independently and in a team environment. Proven organizational and project management skills, ability to successfully work in a deadline-oriented environment. Appreciation and respect for confidential aspects of information. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop new and unique ideas. Ability to collaborate with vendors, event attendees, volunteers, executives, and VIPs in a professional manner. Excellent computer skills required, including all Microsoft programs, WordPress, BlueBeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and Office. Qualifications: Associate degree in graphic/web design, or a related field from an accredited institution.10 plus years of experience in high-volume, fast-paced professional environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, Adobe Creative Cloud design suite required (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) motion graphic software (Adobe After Effects), WordPress, BlueBeam, Microsoft Office Suite.
