General Manager
Duties:
- Oversee all operations and activities of the establishment
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
- Manage and lead a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers
- Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a food service setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices
