Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
Essential Job Details:
- Develop and implement complex performance measurement and improvement initiatives.
- Review processes and procedures for compliance with ISO 9001 specifications and internal documentation.
- Provide recommendations to ensure process alignment with strategic direction.
- Facilitate continuous improvement of the Quality Management System by collaborating with multiple departments, aligning tasks, and creating process flow charts.
- Coordinate necessary process changes through standardization, improvement, simplification, discontinuance, or other methods, and assist in implementing solutions.
- Conduct and lead training courses on documented procedures and work instructions.
- Generate and revise procedures to identify and standardize processes where applicable.
- Perform Quality Audits for all aspects of our QMS and generate corrective actions for opportunities for improvement.
- Actively participate in the ECN process team, contributing ideas for process standardization and improvement.
- Conduct and facilitate team-driven root cause analysis of product or process failures and drive efficient and effective corrective actions.
- Support and facilitate the use of Quality tools such as FMEA, CAPA, Fishbone, Fault Tree Analytics, 8D, Lean, 5-Why, etc.
- Provide support to Quality or other functions as needed.
- Perform other assignments as assigned by the Director of Quality.
