The Kamson Corporation, a top-tier Property Management Company, seeks a Maintenance Technician for our luxury apartment communities in Toms River, NJ. POSITION INCLUDES APARTMENT

Candidate Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience within basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry
  • Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems and appliances. HVAC certification is strongly preferred
  • Must be able to assist with snow removal
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and great customer service skills are required
  • Must have own basic tools, valid NJ driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle to travel between properties
  • A minimum of 1 year of related experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines
  • Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies
