Job Title: Cashier

Location: West Ridge Mall Food Court

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Assist customers in placing orders and provide menu recommendations as needed.
Enter orders accurately into the point of sale (POS) system.
Prepare and serve beverages to customers.
Handle cash and electronic payments, provide change, and issue receipts.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front counter and surrounding areas.
Assist with food preparation and assembly when needed.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Uphold TaCo's customer service standards and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle cash transactions.
Attention to detail and accuracy in order entry.
