Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving beverages in a timely and efficient manner. Your knowledge of mixology, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor will contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our patrons. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and take their orders promptly - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations - Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol - Upsell drink specials and promote new menu items to enhance the guest experience - Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about the menu - Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices are followed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Experience: - Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting preferred - Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and beverage presentation - Familiarity with cash handling procedures and ability to perform basic retail math calculations - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude - Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to maintain cleanliness standards If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service, have excellent interpersonal skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
