Looking for a CNA or CMT to be in charge of our transportation program!
Duties and Responsibilities
Transport residents to scheduled appointments or other events as assigned.
Understand, comply with and promote positive relationships with residents, visitors and regulators, to include presenting a professional appearance and attitude.
Conforms to ethical and legal standards including matters related to resident abuse and neglect, by personally complying with laws, regulations and facility Code of Conduct and business Ethics Policy.
Must have a valid driver’s license that meets the state specific requirements and comply with all traffic rules and regulations to ensure the safe transport of residents.
Must comply with the Residents Transport Policy and Procedures
Must complete mandatory notification in writing to facilitate any driver violations and/or license suspensions.
Run appropriate business related errands for nursing facilities and other duties as directed. When in doubt about whether a particular requested driving activity is proper, refrain from all activity and obtain guidance from the facility Administrator.

Requirements:
CNA or CMT
Class E license preferred - willing to assist with this for the right candidate.
