Job Description

Hillcrest Concrete Pumping is a service-based company hired by construction contractors, concrete finishers, and private project managers. Our job is to make their job easier by pumping the concrete from the mixing trucks to the desired locations. We are looking for someone to help with maintenance on the fleet and operate a concrete pump.

A CDL is required; however, even if you don’t have pumping experience, we are willing to train the right person to operate the concrete pump. A candidate with a mechanical background and an understanding of heavy equipment is necessary. You must be high energy with good work ethic, a fairly quick learner, and an honest person of integrity.

Although employees service jobs individually, we work together as a team. We hold a high standard for customer service, and value our employees by compensating fairly and offering benefits. We are a growing company and there is potential for advancement. Typical work hours are daylight hours and coming home every night. Benefits include health insurance, Aflac supplemental insurance, paid holidays, paid vacations, paid personal days, and a company matching IRA.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
