Job Overview:

Bucked Up is seeking a detail-oriented Email Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing and executing email marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and maintaining inventory awareness to support campaign initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, familiarity with marketing tools like Klaviyo, and the ability to work effectively across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Regularly pull analytics and data to assess the performance of email campaigns and optimize strategies based on market trends and metrics.

• Inventory Management: Check inventory weekly to ensure email marketing content aligns with current stock levels and product promotions.

• Email Campaign Management: Utilize Klaviyo to set up and manage email campaigns across multiple accounts, ensuring timely execution and alignment with marketing goals.

• Email Flow Monitoring: Oversee and optimize email flows, including conducting A/B testing, to improve engagement and conversion rates across various customer segments.

• Team Collaboration: Work effectively within the marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and solve problems creatively.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting effective marketing materials and collaborating with team members.

• Experience in using marketing automation tools, particularly Klaviyo a plus

• Strong analytical skills for evaluating complex data and market trends.

• Problem-solving ability, with a capacity to identify challenges and devise effective solutions.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate ideas clearly.
