Responsibilities
•Conduct engaging live Zoom product demonstrations for potential merchants, showcasing our POS systems, terminals, gateways, mobile apps, and more.
•Understand individual merchant needs to determine the best product fit, even recommending alternative solutions within our portfolio for optimal solutions.
•Collaborate closely with our sales agents, providing in-depth product knowledge, technical support, and answering feature-related questions.
•Stay up-to-date on the latest merchant services technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
•1 years of experience in sales, pre-sales, or a customer-facing technology role.
•Strong understanding of merchant services concepts (nice to have, but not a deal-breaker if you're a quick learner!)
•Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
•Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a natural problem-solver.
•Proficiency in Zoom and other online demonstration tools.
