We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, including research, motion practice, and trial preparation. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to develop their legal skills and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for clients.
- Attend court hearings and trials as needed.
- Advise clients on legal matters.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsels.
- Represent clients in court proceedings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
