Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Must be approachable and interact superiorly with customers.

2. Ability to accurately ring up orders and exchange money, counting back change.

3. Helping Customers find products that they are looking for in the store.

4. Finding Customer’s prescriptions and checking them out of the system.

5. Stocking, organizing, facing and cleaning the OTC shelving and products.

6. Multi-tasking is a must.

7. Answering phones promptly and professionally.

8. Operating cash register.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or GED preferred.

2. Customer service skills.

3. Flexible time schedule

4. Quick typing skills

5. Listening and speaking skills a must to act as a liaison between customers and pharmacy staff.

Required Knowledge/Experience:

1. Basic knowledge of computers and telephone

2. Customer Service Skills

3. Knowledge of Over-the-Counter products preferred.

4. Accuracy and quickness is important to maintain happy customers.

1. Clerk Competency Assessments.

Physical Demands:

1. Sitting, standing, walking ,and operation of register/ computer.

2. Occasionally lift/move items up to 20 pounds.

3. Visual abilities to include, for extended times, reading, distance vision and peripheral vision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
